Welcome to the Sanathana Vani App (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services (the "Services"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

With the App you can

• Listen to soulful music to elevate your mood.
• Meditative chants – from Sanathana Dharama to key global religions – for deep relaxation.
• Access universal spiritual wisdom to experience unity in diversity.
• Access mental health and wellness tips to shape your life in the short and long term.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account and for keeping your account information up-to-date.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App and Services in a responsible and lawful manner. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the App or the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or any other user's account.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE IMPACT OR OUTCOME OF YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS.

The content offered through the App is intended for personal reflection and well-being and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sanathana Vani, its affiliates, trustees, officers, and volunteers harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the App and Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and Services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App and Services will immediately cease. Certain provisions (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
